2. Unpaid subscription automatically disables the tracking account and hence your parcel or vehicle is no longer covered by tracking server.

3. We do not provide vehicle recovery. Our device is only a help in recovery exercise.

4. Customers are encouraged to track their vehicles by themselves using their internet connected PCs or Laptops. You can equally track from any cyber cafe.

5. Customers are to safeguard their username and password to ensure they do not get into wrong hands.

6. Customers are advised not to disclose the installation of the device to anyone that may compromise the tracking function.

7. DTL Systems Limited reserves the right to suspend any tracking device that is considered a security threat, even before expiration of its subscription.
